SERVIQ TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Serviq (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Serviq mobile application and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using Serviq, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Serviq, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Serviq is a digital platform that allows users to:

Create and manage service cards
Store and organize service data through dashboards
Generate and manage clinic prescriptions
Maintain patient-related records and service history
Use an AI assistant for workflow support and structured responses
Access subscription-based features

Serviq may be used by clinics, healthcare professionals, technicians, businesses, and individual users.

Serviq does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, emergency healthcare services, or physical repair services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use Serviq
If under 18, usage must be under parent/guardian supervision

4. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, users must create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep login credentials secure
Be responsible for activity under your account

5. USE OF FEATURES

Users are responsible for the accuracy of entered information, prescriptions, records, and uploaded content.

AI-generated outputs are informational and assistive only. Users must independently verify all outputs before relying on them.

Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for:

Prescription verification
Medical correctness
Patient suitability
Compliance with applicable laws

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Certain features may require payment. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay.

Serviq does not store complete card or banking information.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

Violate laws or regulations
Enter false or misleading information
Abuse AI systems or platform features
Attempt unauthorized access
Upload harmful software or malicious code

8. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All Serviq branding, designs, interfaces, logos, features, and software belong to Serviq or its licensors.

9. USER DATA

You retain ownership of your uploaded or created data. You grant Serviq permission to store, process, and display your data solely for platform functionality.

Users storing clinic or patient-related information are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality
Complying with healthcare regulations
Securing account access
Verifying stored records

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Serviq may integrate with services such as:

Razorpay
Cloud hosting providers
Analytics tools
AI service providers

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, AI accuracy, or permanent data availability.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Serviq is not liable for:

Loss of stored data
Incorrect prescriptions
AI-generated outputs
Medical decisions
Financial or business losses
Service interruptions

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Serviq and its operators from claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, misuse, or security concerns.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Arbitration under Indian law may apply where necessary.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Serviq after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
